Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager

Location: As Assigned

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring to meet business manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

- Schedule and manage walk-in drives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.

- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and support onboarding.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.

- Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

- Retail, Jewellery, Luxury Retail, or Corporate hiring experience preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

- Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and MIS reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
