We are hiring for the position of Field Recruiter at City Mall, based in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. The role offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, along with PF and attractive performance-based incentives. As a Field Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit candidates through field activities such as walk-ins, job fairs, campus drives, referrals, and community outreach. You will work closely with the HR and operations team to meet monthly hiring targets and maintain proper documentation and candidate records. The ideal candidate should be at least 10+2 qualified, with prior experience in recruitment or fieldwork preferred. Owning a bike is mandatory, as the role involves regular travel within Delhi NCR. Candidates must have strong communication skills, be target-driven, and have basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp, and Excel or Google Sheets.
