💼 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹24,000 to ₹28,000 per month in-hand

Petrol Allowance: ₹2,500 per month

📌 Job Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard Instamart delivery partners

Conduct field sourcing and candidate follow-ups

Create rider IDs and complete the onboarding process

Explain incentives, policies and earnings to candidates

Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets

Maintain recruitment reports and documentation

Coordinate with the operations team

Conduct field visits for recruitment activities

✅ Requirements

Experience in Field Recruitment / Field Sales / Delivery Hiring preferred

Good communication and convincing skills

Bike & valid driving licence mandatory

Android smartphone required

Comfortable working in a field and target-based environment

10th / 12th / Any Graduate can apply
