Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. You will provide administrative support for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee record management. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and eager to learn about all aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Help manage employee benefits and leave tracking
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and policy manuals
• Assist in performance review processes
• Answer employee queries and direct them to the appropriate staff member
