About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR to oversee and strengthen the organization's Human Resources functions. The role requires expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Policy Development, Compliance Management, and Team Leadership. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiations, and hiring decisions.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure smooth HR operations and process improvements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
• Conduct engagement initiatives and employee feedback programs.
• Promote a positive and productive work culture. Performance Management
• Drive appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
• Support managers in performance improvement planning.
• Monitor productivity and development initiatives.
HR Policies & Compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate HR audits and compliance documentation.
Learning & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Support leadership and career development initiatives.
HR Analytics & Reporting
• Prepare HR dashboards and workforce reports.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
Team Leadership
• Mentor and supervise HR team members.
• Collaborate with department heads on HR strategies and workforce planning. Qualifications & Experience
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–9 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. • Experience working with HRMS platforms and HR analytics.
