Hi You have applied for HR Manager – Retail Store | Bengaluru

Location: Pillappa Lane, JM Cross Road, Bengaluru

Experience: Min 7 years in HR, 3+ years in retail/store mandatory

Qualification: Any Graduate | MBA-HR preferred

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month | CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end hiring for store staff: sales, cashiers, floor supervisors

- Monthly payroll, PF, ESI, attendance & leave management for 30+ employees

- Ensure compliance with Karnataka Shops & Establishment Act, labor laws

- Handle onboarding, training, grievances, appraisals & exit formalities

- Coordinate with vendors for staffing & statutory compliance

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of retail HR, payroll software & Excel

- Fluent in Kannada, Hindi & English

- Able to manage high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
