Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for cafe staff (baristas, waiters, kitchen helpers, etc.)
Handle onboarding, training, and employee records
Prepare monthly attendance, shift roster, and payroll
Ensure hygiene, safety, and discipline as per cafe policies
Address employee grievances and maintain positive work culture
Ensure compliance with labor laws (wages, overtime, contracts)
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream) | MBA-HR preferred
1–3 years HR experience (cafe/restaurant/hospitality preferred)
Good communication (English & Hindi)
Basic MS Excel skills
