We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team and ensure that the organization’s recruitment and workforce requirements are met effectively. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire HR and recruitment operations, manage the team’s performance, and work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Operations Management:
Lead, guide, and motivate the HR and recruitment team to achieve organizational hiring goals.
Set clear targets, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of all HR activities.
Develop and implement HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — from job posting, sourcing, and screening to selection and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.
Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction experience for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Build a positive work culture through communication, motivation, and engagement initiatives.
Address employee concerns and resolve HR issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with team members.
Strategic HR Support:
Work closely with senior management to forecast manpower needs and develop recruitment plans.
Support organizational growth through effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Implement HR best practices to enhance team productivity and organizational efficiency.
Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR operations, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/portals.
