We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team at Brandbucket Enterprises Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
· Assisting in AMC Co-ordination.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
· Handle housekeeping, security, and facility management activities
· Maintain and update administrative records and files.
Support preparation of reports, letters, and official documents.
Maintain employee attendance and basic admin registers.
Ensure timely servicing of office equipment.
· Maintain office asset records and track usage.
· Assist with employee onboarding formalities and employee documentation.
Arrange events, meetings, and company activities when required.
· Coordinate internal communication between departments.
Support management with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
· Strong organizational ability and multitasking skills
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
