Sourcing candidates - Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.

Conduct basic induction for new employees.

Maintain employee personal files and HR records.

Update employee database and HRMS regularly.

Ensure all employee documents are complete and properly filed.

Maintain HR-related ISO documents, records, and registers.

Support preparation and updating of SOPs, policies, and HR process documents.

Ensure proper documentation for internal and external ISO audits.

Maintain training records and compliance documents as per ISO standards.
