We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Onboarding Manager who has hands-on knowledge of onboarding and managing brand/product listings across various online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with platform registration, catalog upload, compliance documentation, and category-specific listing requirements.
Handle end-to-end onboarding of products/brands/sellers on multiple e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as:
Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Snapdeal, Meesho
Quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Dunzo, etc.
Complete all registration, brand approval, and documentation processes (GST, FSSAI, Trademark, KYC, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams and external platform representatives to ensure smooth onboarding.
Upload and manage catalogs, including images, content, pricing, stock, and offers.
Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines (product codes, barcodes, pack sizes, MOQ, etc.).
Maintain regular communication with platforms for onboarding status, issue resolution, and support.
Keep track of live listings, errors, rejections, and make necessary corrections.
Prepare onboarding trackers, MIS reports, and weekly status updates.
Train and guide internal staff or vendors about platform processes and updates.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA or PG in E-commerce/Marketing is a plus).
3 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce operations and onboarding.
Proven experience in registering and onboarding products across major marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of cataloging, listing standards, and backend tools like Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Jiomart Partner Portal, Zepto Panel, etc.
Familiar with compliance requirements (FSSAI, Trademark, Legal Metrology, etc.) for FMCG, grocery, and lifestyle categories.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting.
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Prior work experience in a D2C brand, FMCG, or grocery/essentials category.
Worked closely with buyers/category managers of quick commerce platforms.
Familiar with inventory syncing, order flow, and platform API integration (optional)
