Job Summary

We are looking for a growth-focused professional to manage both online and offline sales channels, including marketplaces, quick commerce, and modern retail chains.

This role requires strong expertise in ads, listings, retail visibility, and sales growth.

Offline (Modern Trade)

·       Reliance Digital

Key Responsibilities

Online Growth (E-commerce + Quick Commerce)

·       Manage listings, SEO C catalog

·       Run ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce)

·       Drive revenue C improve ROAS

·       Plan deals, offers C visibility campaigns

Offline Retail Marketing

·       Ensure strong in-store visibility (display, branding, promoters)

·       Coordinate with modern trade partners

·       Plan retail schemes C promotions

·       Monitor secondary sales C stock movement

Ads s Performance

·       Manage paid campaigns across platforms

·       Optimize CTR, conversion rate C CAC

Sales s Growth

·       Drive monthly revenue targets (online + offline)

·       Improve channel-wise contribution

Data s Reporting

Track:

·       Sales (channel-wise)

·       ROAS

·       Conversion rate

·       Retail off-take

Key Result Areas (KRA) Revenue

·       Achieve overall sales targets (online + offline)

Performance

·       Maintain ROAS: 3x – 5x+

·       Improve conversion rates

Required Skills
