Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Design, execute, and optimize high-conversion paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

• Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

2. Audience Targeting & Segmentation

• Build and scale precise target personas focusing on HNIs, luxury homebuyers, corporate leaders, and seasoned real estate investors.

• Utilize advanced demographic, interest, and intent-based segmentation tailored for premium ticket sizes (₹2 Cr to ₹6 Cr).

3. Lead Quality & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

• Continuously optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) while maintaining a strict focus on lead quality and overall Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

• Collaborate with internal design and content teams to build high-impact, mobile-responsive landing pages that maximize conversion rates.

4. CRM Alignment & Analytics

• Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to monitor the lead-to-conversion pipeline, set up lead-nurturing workflows, and close the loop between marketing spend and revenue.

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.

Essential Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 4 to 5+ years of hands-on, proven experience managing Google and Meta lead generation campaigns specifically within the Real Estate sector.

• Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Delhi-NCR real estate dynamics, ultra-luxury residential positioning, and the NRI buyer demographic.

• Platform Expertise: Advanced, daily hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboard.

• Analytical Mindset: Expert-level understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setups, attribution models, and continuous A/B testing.

• Preferred Certifications: Google Ads Certifications or Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate/Professional credentials.
