Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service standards.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve the best value for the organization.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations, production, and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.

• Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Prepare procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the purchasing team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Track and report key procurement metrics, supplier performance, and cost savings.

• Resolve supplier-related issues and implement corrective actions when required.
