The role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack, and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage toolroom inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

• Incoming and Outgoing materials entry in Excel/ERP

• Manpower Allocation on Jobs

• Ensure receiving, inspection, and dispatch of materials as per daily targets.

• Documentation as per ISO 9001 Requirement

• MIS

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate degree and 2-3 years of experience as a production supervisor. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
