key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, industry events).
Qualify leads and assess their needs and potential for our products/services.
Sales Cycle Management:
Conduct initial outreach and engage with prospects to introduce our offerings.
Perform thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Prepare and present accurate and competitive proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in line with company policies and objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses for management.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.
Market Knowledge & Product Expertise:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Continuously develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their value proposition.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
