As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our agency development strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and lead a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets

2. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction

3. Recruit, train, and mentor agents to improve sales skills and productivity

4. Coordinate appointments, close deals, and meet sales targets while maintaining quality standards

5. Develop business plans, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training

6. Design and execute promotional activities to drive business growth

7. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree

2. Local candidate with a strong social network and willingness to work in field sales

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. 1-2 years of sales experience or 6 months in BFSI

Compensation:

• Competitive salary up to ₹4 LPA
