Job Description:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and closing sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain project details

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate options

• Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates accurately

• Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the site sales team

• Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into bookings

• Maintain professional relationships with channel partners and developers

• Ensure proper data accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Provide regular updates to management regarding lead status and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and CRM tools

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Team player with a professional attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in real estate sales / telecalling / relationship management

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Willingness to work as per company timings and policies
