Job Role:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Agra. The ideal candidate will have experience in home appliances sales and the ability to drive sales growth through dealer networks, retail visits, and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers to promote company products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

• Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer durables.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

• Candidates from the home appliances industry will be preferred.
