We are looking for a Field Engineer – Property Valuation to conduct on-site property inspections and prepare accurate valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The role involves field visits, data collection, documentation, and coordination with banks/NBFCs for loan and empanelment purposes.
Conduct physical site inspections of properties (residential, commercial, land, LAP cases).
Measure built-up area, carpet area, plot area, and verify site dimensions.
Assess property condition, construction quality, age, and stage of construction.
Capture property photographs (inside, outside, approach road, surrounding area).
Verify location details, accessibility, amenities, and neighborhood profile.
Check approved plans, layouts, and land use as per available documents.
Identify risk factors such as encroachment, access issues, or deviations.
Prepare and submit property valuation and technical reports within TAT.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, legal teams, and internal back office.
Maintain accurate records and follow company valuation guidelines.
Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC norms and regulatory standards.
