Offline Marketing/Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive for a furniture rental company, you'll be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and building relationships with customers, focusing on promoting and selling furniture rental services, while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation and Lead Management:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities mainly through Brokers and various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
Maintain and update customer relationship management systems with accurate and timely information.
Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of renting furniture.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's furniture rental offerings, pricing, and policies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with other team members, including marketing and operations, to achieve company goals.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve products and services.
