If you're a born networker with a sales brain, this is your launchpad.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

→ Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with colleges, universities, and coaching institutes
→ Sell Elevate’s training and mentorship programs to institutional and individual clients
→ Onboard industry mentors and thought leaders via LinkedIn outreach and direct connects
→ Engage with HRs, placement cells, and student bodies for on-campus activations and tie-ups
→ Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth program execution
→ Build and manage a live pipeline of 50+ institutional prospects at any given time
→ Create sharp pitch decks, proposals, and capability documents using PowerPoint and AI tools
→ Track BD activity in structured Excel/Google Sheets trackers — deals, follow-ups, conversions, revenue
→ Represent Elevate at industry events, college fests, and professional meetups

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

→ Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience (sales/BD/education preferred)
→ Highly persuasive communicator — thrives in face-to-face & digital selling
→ LinkedIn-native — comfortable with outreach, connection requests & social selling
→ Strong PowerPoint skills — can build crisp, compelling pitch decks
→ Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline tracking
→ Familiar with AI tools to accelerate research, outreach & content creation
→ Highly mobile, self-motivated, and comfortable handling field sales independently
→ Goal-obsessed — you know your numbers and push until they’re met

→ Male candidates are preferred and preferred only Gurgaon based candidates.
