We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate and construction markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, contractors, architects, consultants, investors, and government bodies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and digital platforms.
Develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, project management) to execute deals and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and meet/exceed revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry developments, government policies, RERA guidelines, and regulatory changes affecting real estate and construction.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record in business development/sales within the real estate or construction industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with real estate laws, documentation, and project lifecycle is a plus.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and presentation tools.
