A CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Branch Sales Manager at IndusInd Bank is responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets for CASA products within their branch. They manage and expand the branch's customer base by selling CASA products and other related banking products, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring adherence to KYC norms.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate New Business:
Actively acquire new customers for CASA products and other banking products.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed individual and branch-level sales targets for CASA and related products.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various channels, including networking, referrals, and field visits.
Cross-Selling and Upselling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products to existing CASA customers.
Manage Customer Relationships:
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively.
Adherence to KYC Norms:
Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations during account opening and customer onboarding.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of CASA products and other banking offerings.
Team Management (if applicable):
Oversee a team of sales representatives, if applicable, and provide guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
