Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads, managing email outreach campaigns, and supporting business growth through effective prospecting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify USA-based B2B leads across multiple industries.

• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, directories, and other lead sources.

• Build targeted prospect lists with verified contact information.

• Create, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns.

• Conduct email outreach and follow-up campaigns to generate appointments and business opportunities.

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems and spreadsheets.

• Track campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation and Email Marketing.

• Proven experience generating USA market leads.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, Instantly, or similar tools.

• Experience with cold email outreach and lead nurturing.

• Excellent communication, research, and data management skills.

• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
