Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads to improve ROI.

• Improve lead quality by refining audience targeting, creatives, and campaign strategies.

• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure leads are relevant, qualified, and aligned with business goals.

• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta Ads features, and industry best practices.

• Work on lead generation strategies to increase conversions and reduce cost per lead.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copy.

Required Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and meet campaign deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with hands-on Meta Ads experience.
