Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Telecaller Executive (Female) to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate high-quality leads, and schedule site visits for prospective clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and proven experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.

• Clearly explain property features, benefits, and special offers to clients.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate information.

• Follow up with clients to ensure lead conversion and high satisfaction.

• Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets to maximise incentive earnings.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.

• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
