Business Intelligence (BI) Manager

We are looking for a data-driven leader to spearhead our Business Intelligence unit. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into strategic insights, managing a team of analysts, and overseeing the deployment of enterprise-grade reporting solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

​Strategy & Roadmap: Define the BI strategy and align data initiatives with business goals.

​Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of BI Developers and Data Analysts.

​Dashboard Development: Oversee the creation of high-impact visualizations and interactive dashboards.

​Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across all warehousing solutions.

​Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams and executive leadership to present actionable insights.

Technical Skills Required (Must-Have)

​BI Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.

​Database: Advanced SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.

​Programming: Hands-on experience with Python or R for predictive analytics.

​ETL & Data Warehousing: Strong understanding of ETL processes and Cloud Data Warehouses (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift).

Location: Kolkata (New Town / Salt Lake Sector V)

Experience: 4–5 Years

Rotational Shifts 5 days work with 2 days rotational week off

Salary - 4.7lpa to 6.9lpa
