Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and digital channels to generate real estate leads.
Identify and qualify prospects interested in residential/commercial properties.

Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduates welcome.
Experience:
Freshers: Enthusiastic candidates with strong communication skills.
Experienced: 0-2 years in BPO sales, real estate, telecalling, or lead generation (preferred).
