• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently
• Consistently achieve performance metrics like customer satisfaction, quality scores, and resolution targets

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC)
• Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers & Experienced Welcome)
• Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
