💼 Position: Office Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1-3 years preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Location: On-site (Hadapsar, Pune)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Support the sales and technical team with daily documentation
Assist in data entry, invoice processing, and order tracking
Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth operations
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
Handle courier dispatches, post, and travel arrangements when needed
✅ Required Skills:
Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Basic understanding of office equipment and administrative tasks
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work under supervision
💰 Salary:
