Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for recovery of pending loan/credit card dues.

• Communicate clearly in Gujarati and Bengali to ensure effective interaction with regional customers.

• Educate defaulters about their outstanding dues and convince them to make payments.

• Maintain polite and professional communication even in difficult conversations.

• Update customer records and call logs accurately in the system.

• Follow up consistently and maintain proper follow-up schedules.

• Coordinate with team leaders/supervisors for escalation cases.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

• Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
