Facility Helpdesk Executive role with our MNC IPC Client in Facility Services at Noida WTT location. Salary around 4 LPA.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Facility Helpdesk Executive to manage the eHelpdesk software, track complaints, and ensure timely closure of tickets. The role demands proficiency in computer operations, understanding of technology apps, data analysis in Excel, and client engagement with various departments. The position may require working in shifts of 8 hours x 6 days. Open to any gender. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in facility management companies or industries where eHelpdesk operation is key. A Graduation degree is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the helpdesk software and track all incoming complaints.

• Ensure faster and higher complaint closure rates.

• Maintain high Occupant Satisfaction Score (OSS).

• Make data cuts and generate reports using Excel.

• Engage with various client departments for seamless service delivery.

• Coordinate with facility teams for timely resolution of issues.
