Job Title: Café & Continental Chef

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Café & Continental Chef to join our team at Noida location. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing all types of coffees (hot & cold), and all types of smoothies, Continental cuisine. The role involves preparing high-quality food and beverages, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the kitchen team when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve Continental dishes, all varieties of coffee, and all types of smoothies as per standard recipes.

• Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and food safety regulations in the kitchen and café area.

• Set up and manage the kitchen with required utensils, machines, and equipment (coffee machines, blenders, etc.).

• Cook and prepare food and beverages in a timely and consistent manner.

• Study recipes and ensure availability of all required ingredients before preparation.

• Supervise junior kitchen staff and assist them whenever required.

• Customize dishes and beverages as per customer preferences (e.g., no dairy, sugar-free, nut-free, etc.).

• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients and discard expired or substandard items.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food items at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+

• Experience: 2 to 6+ Years

• Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques, coffee brewing methods, and smoothie preparation.

• Familiarity with advanced and non-traditional cooking techniques and sanitation standards.

• Good time management, multitasking, and basic leadership skills.

• Culinary school diploma or relevant certification will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
