Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages (espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, cold brews, and signature fusion coffees)

• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene standards

• Engage warmly with customers and explain menu items when required

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and workstation

• Follow café SOPs, recipes, and service standards

• Assist in opening and closing duties

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 3 year experience as a barista (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso extraction

• Passion for coffee, learning, and hospitality

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)

• Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented
