5. Coordination & Support

• Liaise with Finance, HR, and department heads for payroll inputs.

• Address employee payroll-related queries promptly.

• Assist in policy implementation related to compensation and benefits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / HR / Finance (MBA preferred).

• 2–5 years of payroll processing experience (depending on level).

• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and income tax laws.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Spine, Saral, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
