About the Role

Kaizen Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive with 4–7 years of professional experience to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in compliance, reconciliations, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.

• Manage accounts payable & receivable functions efficiently.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and assist in finalization of accounts.

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory filings.

• Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audit processes.

• Ensure timely vendor payments and proper receivable tracking.

• Monitor cash flow and assist management in budgeting and forecasting.

• Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Prior experience in a CA firm is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory regulations.

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and advanced MS Excel.

• Experience in audit handling and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT or service-based industry accounting.

• Exposure to payroll management and compliance processes.

• Ability to independently handle accounts and statutory responsibilities.
