Qualification/Experience: At least 3 years of A/R related experience required

Communication skills: Fluency in English and Hindi

Skills: Advanced Mathematical skills, High speed Typing, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel), Clear and Polite Communication skills, Familiarity with Accounting software (Tally), High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Constantly monitor accounts receivable from customers

Follow up on past due payments

Communicate with clients regarding billing, clear discrepancies, if any

Prepare and analyze A/R aging reports

Assist with monthly reconciliation and reporting
