Key Responsibilities:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
Support financial controlling and month-end closing activities.
Handle investor-related work: reports, data sharing, follow-ups, and documentation.
Maintain financial records and support audits.
Assist the accounts team with reconciliations and basic accounting tasks.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Maintain records for taxation, ensuring timely filing and compliance with local tax laws.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of finance, budgeting & MIS.
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
Good communication skills for investor interaction.
Detail-oriented and organized.
