Job Title: Accounts Executive

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with inventory management experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and hands-on experience in managing stock, purchase, and vendor reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchase, expenses, and payments.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions including stock inward, outward, adjustments, and returns.

• Reconcile physical stock with system records on a periodic basis.

• Monitor purchase orders, vendor bills, and ensure timely payments after verification.

• Prepare and maintain general ledgers, trial balance, and assist in finalization of accounts.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (filing, returns, reconciliations).

• Coordinate with internal departments for stock movements, consumption, and discrepancies.

• Generate periodic reports on inventory valuation, stock aging, and cost analysis.

• Assist auditors during statutory/internal audits.

• Support management with financial and inventory MIS reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting with at least 1 year handling inventory/accounts related to stock.

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances.

• Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
