Job Description: Accounts Executive (Experienced)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience Required: 5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 5 years of experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and manage daily accounting transactions

· Handle accounts payable and receivable

· Prepare GST returns and ensure timely compliance

· Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

· Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

· Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes

· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

· Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation

· Proficiency in accounting software (like Tally, Income Tax, etc.)

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheet

· Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualities:

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Problem-solving mindset
Salary Range: 25000 to 30000
