We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced professional with strong expertise in ROC Compliance, GST, Income Tax, Tax Audit, TDS, and Advance Tax. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance, tax laws, and corporate filings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle ROC filings and ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements.
Manage GST registration, return filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
Prepare and file Income Tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Assist in Tax Audit preparation and ensure timely compliance.
Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns.
Compute and manage Advance Tax payments.
Maintain statutory records and support internal/external audits.
Keep updated with changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and consultants as required.
The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple compliance activities independently while ensuring timely and accurate execution.
