Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to manage and support our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data accuracy.

• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other financial activities.

• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare tax filings.

• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as an accountant or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills:.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.
