𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Executive and Assistant Manager – Internal Audit

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, or Economics.
• 2–3 years of experience for Executive roles
• 4–6 years of experience for Assistant

Manager roles
Experience required in Internal Audit, Fraud Investigation, or Vigilance within NBFC-MFI (both Joint Liability Group and Retail Business Loans).

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
•Responsible for timely completion and delivery of audits and fraud investigations for all allocated branches as per the annual audit plan.

•Coordinate with field teams, HO IA/FRT team, and stakeholders to conclude audit/fraud findings and communicate them within defined timelines.
•Perform analysis to identify high-risk branches/areas requiring additional focus and communicate findings to the reporting manager.
•Follow up on open audit and fraud investigation issues until closure.
•Ensure timely escalation and reporting of critical audit findings.
•Conduct quality checks of audit reports before issuance.
