Security Guard Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Venue Maintenance & Cleanliness:

  • Ensure the entire venue is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.

  • Handle basic cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, wiping tables, and organizing equipment.

• Customer Assistance:

  • Help customers with car parking and ensure smooth vehicle movement in and out of the venue.

  • Provide basic information about venue facilities, game rules, and available services.

• Payment & Transaction Management:

  • Collect remaining payments from customers after their game sessions.

  • Ensure all transactions are handled securely and with integrity.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.

  • Handle customer feedback or complaints in a polite and efficient manner.

• Operational Support:

  • Assist in preparing the venue before opening and closing at the end of the day.

  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of payment handling (cash and digital).

• Physically capable of light cleaning and assisting with car parking.

Working Hours:- Whenever ground booking is there
