Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of security guards.

• Prepare and assign duty rosters and ensure proper shift handover.

• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents.

• Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.

• Maintain incident reports, visitor logs, and shift reports.

• Train and brief guards on security protocols and emergency procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services if required.
