Security Guard

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The role involves monitoring entry and exit points, maintaining discipline, and responding promptly to any suspicious activities or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access at gates, doors, and other entry points.

• Check and verify ID cards, visitor passes, and employee movements.

• Maintain visitor and vehicle entry/exit records.

• Conduct routine patrolling of the premises to ensure safety.

• Report any suspicious activity, theft, or safety hazards to management.

• Ensure that security equipment such as CCTV, fire extinguishers, and alarms are in working condition.

• Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical, or evacuation drills.

• Prevent unauthorized access and maintain discipline on the premises.

• Support administrative staff in handling deliveries and dispatches securely.

• Follow all company rules and security procedures strictly.
