Job Description

*Hiring: Accounts Head / Head of Accounts | Delhi NCR*

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead the finance and accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and lead the accounts team

*Location: Delhi nangli sakrwati West Delhi*

*Job timings 9.30 to 7.30 including breaks and pickup drop facility till nangli metro station to office*

*6 days working Sunday off and 1 casual leaves in a month*

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000

Experience: 7–12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial statements, cash flow, and financial reporting

Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, banking, reconciliation)

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, tax regulations, and statutory audits

Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities

Lead and manage the accounts team

*Requirements*

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting / Finance

CA / CPA / CMA preferred

Strong experience with Tally (Mandatory), SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks

Excellent leadership and analytical skills
