मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

स्टोर में आने-जाने वाले ग्राहकों की निगरानी एवं सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना।

प्रवेश एवं निकास द्वार पर चेकिंग करना।

ग्राहकों व स्टाफ की सुरक्षा से जुड़ी किसी भी समस्या पर तुरंत कार्रवाई करना।

सीसीटीवी कैमरा और अन्य सुरक्षा उपकरणों की निगरानी करना।

महिला ग्राहकों के लिए सुरक्षित वातावरण बनाए रखना।

चोरी, विवाद या किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि को रोकना व रिपोर्ट करना।

स्टोर प्रबंधन के निर्देशों का पालन करना और समय-समय पर रिपोर्ट देना।

योग्यता और आवश्यकताएँ:

न्यूनतम शिक्षा: 10वीं पास (12वीं पास वरीयता दी जाएगी)।

महिला उम्मीदवार (उम्र सीमा: 21 से 40 वर्ष)।

सुरक्षा सेवाओं में पूर्व अनुभव को प्राथमिकता।

शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ एवं चुस्त।

जिम्मेदार, अनुशासित और समयनिष्ठ।

ग्राहक-हितैषी और पेशेवर व्यवहार।

8 घंटे/12 घंटे शिफ्ट (कंपनी की आवश्यकता अनुसार)।

वेतन और सुविधाएँ:

वेतन: न्यूनतम वेतन मानकों के अनुसार + पीएफ, ईएसआई, एलडब्ल्यूएफ।

यूनिफॉर्म एवं आवश्यक उपकरण कंपनी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।
