Key Responsibilities:
Air Ticketing: Book international flight tickets (mainly for Australia, New Zealand, UK)
Client Consultation: Understanding client travel needs & suggesting best options.
Fare Research: Analyze and compare airfare options.
Customer Service: Handle inbound calls and resolve client queries efficiently.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
